About the Celebrating Ordinary Moments Blog

Mission Statement
Thank you for checking out my blog. I started this blog to create a place where people are able to find inspiration and share ideas. I find myself surfing the web looking for inspiration that is unique and different. If I find an interesting tutorial I'll share it with you. I will include a "live" link back to the original blog, store or web site so that you may have the option to visit and learn more about the designer and other services, class or kits they may offer. By posting tutorials I am hoping to help inspire people that are interested in creating something fresh and new.

French Fry Happy Birthday Gift Box w/Tutorial

Happy Birthday
French Fry Gift Box
Box Design by Corrine Paul
Bear Pattern by Scraptastical Kreations
http://www.scraptasticalkreations.com/

SK pattern from the Berry Sweet Kids Pattern Set

I found a freebie french fry container template online to use, OR you could ask your favorite drive through to give you a clean container and carefully release the seams and use as your template

To make things easier for you, use double sided paper

As you can see I didnt use double sided paper and I didnt like the plain white

So I cut another one and slipped in inside

My edges were not mating up so I made trim

Using coordinating paper to design the front

I used the bear pattern from Scraptastical Kreations
Berry Sweet Kids pattern set

I added white socks to make her a little taller

I cut circles and for the scalloped edge I used my circle punch and punched out circles and attached them to the sides. I also used a Happy Birthday stamp.

I loved decorating her dress

Now all I need to do is put a decorative bag of chocolate inside and give this my my friend for her birthday

Thank you
