About the Celebrating Ordinary Moments Blog

Mission Statement
Thank you for checking out my blog. I started this blog to create a place where people are able to find inspiration and share ideas. I find myself surfing the web looking for inspiration that is unique and different. If I find an interesting tutorial I'll share it with you. I will include a "live" link back to the original blog, store or web site so that you may have the option to visit and learn more about the designer and other services, class or kits they may offer. By posting tutorials I am hoping to help inspire people that are interested in creating something fresh and new.

Cocktails & Dreams Blog Hop August 1st

Welcome to Gill's Cocktails & Dreams Blog HOP!!

My name is Corrine and WELCOME to my blog. Please leave a comment below and let me know what you think of my project. If you have time, please go to this blogs FACEBOOK page and click LIKE!! I post blog hops and other updates on my Facebook page.

~THANK YOU~

My Project: 12 x 12 Two Page Layout

My camera kinda takes wierdo pics sometimes.
The background paper is BRIGHT YELLOW!!

I made the pattern for the waves and I used my Creative Memories cutter for the sand. The PARADISE title pattern, flamingo and coconut tree are is a pattern set from Scrappin Bug Designs: http://www.scrappingbugdesigns.com/

When we travel I pick up brochures, etc and I save tickets, stubs from museums and anything else along the way. I left plenty of room on the pages so I can stuff all my memorabilia picked up along the way around the photos and I will use the waves as pockets. Sometimes I buy a map of the area and cut it up and stuff highlighted spots on the map behind my photos too.
