Checking For Interest~ Olivia Bear Blog Hop June 11th

I have created a little bear of my very own and I named her Olivia after one of my cats. I've played around with the pattern and I've used her in a few layouts during some recent hops posted below on this blog. I have had some good reviews. My main goal for the pattern was to keep it SIMPLE and EASY to use but yet versatile. Eventually I will create other patterns so that Olivia will have a whole world to live and play in. I will create other patterns for friends, family and playmates so that Olivia is not alone.



I was thinking of Hosting a hop to release Olivia Bear for others to use. If you sign up I will email a copy of my pattern for your personal use. (I do not have it in SVG yet) so this is a hand cut hop. I may limit the sign up to 10. I would also require everyone in the line to post the hop on their blog and facebook pages and send out facebook invites to help promote the hop.

This would be a one day hop ONLY. If you are in the line up you would be required to use my Olivia Bear pattern in a layout, card, etc. I would like to set the date of the hop for the 2nd Sat in June which is June 11th. Possible hop times are 8am-8pm. If you are in the line up you would need to post your project the night before so that means NO AUTO POSTING. Auto posting sometimes doesn't post right or on time and this ruins the flow of the hop and the mood of the players in the line up.

If you are interested leave a comment below that includes your first & last name, blog link and your email address. If you sign up for the hop please make sure you check back for updates, group page information. Only sign up if you are 100% sure you are able to stick to your commitment to the hop date and time.

    I so would love to participate, but have already committed my time to a Craft Show for that date. Hope the hop is a success and maybe I can peek in later in the day!

    Jessica, you pointed out a very important issue. If you are in this hop you can not be in another hop, challenge or event on the same day. I am looking for 100% commitment to this one day hop.

    I have never been in a hop before, only have been a hopper, but I would love to do this one. I love paper piecing. I have not been blogging very long, but have been crafting for years. Does that qualify me? I hope I get picked. Thanks, Tami
