Clown Bear and Cat Bear Tags

Clown & Cat Bear Set of Tags for Debbie's Tag Challenge Oct 12th. I used the KaDoodle Bug Designs "Halloween Bears" Clown Bear & Cat Bear Files to make this set. I used the border edge of the Flowers Fiskars Stencil to make the trim on each tag.
