Altered 8 x 8 Unfinished Frame

I started with an UNFINISHED picture frame
(Which BTW, I thought I took pics of it but apparently I didn't)
I attached pattern paper and used my exacto knife to trim the edges.
I used my Creative Memories cutting system and made waved topper.
